Stephen Williams

Stephen Williams, PE, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and operations within the chemical and refining sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Lummus Technology since July 2020, Stephen has held significant positions including Technology Business Development Director at both McDermott International Inc. and CB&I. Prior roles include Director of Business Development for China Operations at PECOFacet and Managing Director for Asia Pacific at Koch-Glitsch. Stephen's career began as a Refinery Process Engineer at GHR Energy Corporation and progressed through various roles at Kerr McGee Refining Corp, ultimately becoming Operations Superintendent. An alumnus of Texas A&M University with a BS in Chemical Engineering, Stephen also holds an MBA in Management from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
