Todd Kramers

Todd Kramers is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in compliance, litigation, and corporate transactions. Currently serving as Senior Director - Compliance, Litigation & Risk at Lummus Technology since August 2021, Todd oversees compliance with FCPA, anti-bribery, and trade regulations, and provides legal support for labor matters. Prior to this role, Todd spent over seven years at McDermott International Inc., holding various senior director positions where responsibilities included corporate development, legal and compliance management in multiple regions, and providing legal direction on marine assets and operations. Todd's legal career began at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer as a Senior Associate, advising on a spectrum of corporate matters. Todd holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice, and academic degrees from BPP Law School, SOAS University of London, and McGill University. Mandarin language training was completed at the National Taiwan Normal University.
