Tim Harris

Tim Harris serves as the Head of Corporate Performance at Lumon, where responsibilities include operationalizing go-to-market strategies and overseeing strategy development, sales pipeline management, and stakeholder engagement. Previously, Tim was the Head of Change at Lumon and held key roles at Smart Pension, overseeing operational transformation and supporting company growth during a Series D fundraise. Tim's extensive experience in the financial services sector includes positions at Worldpay, where revenue delivery was managed for a FTSE 20 organization, and Western Union, leading business transformation efforts and serving as Chief of Staff. Earlier experience includes account management at KPMG and sales leadership at Travelex. Tim holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Development from the University of Gloucestershire and participated in additional education at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
