Tom Higham

Tom Higham has a diverse work experience starting in 2004 with ExxonMobil, where they managed relationships with commercial airlines and European airports. In 2006, they joined Lumon as an Executive Dealer and quickly advanced to become a Team Leader. In 2009, they took on the role of Sales Director, responsible for implementing sales strategies and creating partnerships. In 2015, they became the Managing Director of Lumon's subsidiary Foreign Currency Direct, where they successfully sold the business and led the acquisition and integration of other businesses. Currently, they serve as the Chief Customer Officer at Lumon, leading a global team focused on delivering exceptional client and partner service to drive revenue growth.
