Frédéric Châtillon

Frédéric Châtillon has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Frédéric is currently working as the VP Finance at Kovalee since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at PwC from 2018 to 2021, where they held multiple roles including Deals Senior Manager and Deals Manager Transaction Services. Frédéric also worked at PwC France from 2013 to 2018, starting as an Analyst Transaction Services and eventually becoming a Manager Transaction Services. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as an Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Intern at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking, where they contributed to financial modeling, valuation analysis, and pitch book preparation. Frédéric also worked as an Audit Intern at Deloitte and as a Business Analyst at China Solution Ltd.

Frédéric Châtillon attended Saint Jean de Passy and obtained a Baccalauréat ES degree. Frédéric then went on to attend Saint Louis de Gonzague, where they pursued a major in economics for business studies as part of the preparatory class for the competitive examination to the French "Grandes Ecoles". Following this, Frédéric attended emlyon business school from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Management. In 2012, they also briefly studied at Copenhagen Business School.
