Operations Team

The Operations Team at Lumos Diagnostics is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of manufacturing and delivering custom rapid Point-of-Care diagnostic solutions. This includes managing production, coordinating technical operations, supporting clinical trials, ensuring efficient supply chain and facilities management, transferring technology to pilot manufacturing, and driving sales and customer support initiatives.
