Lumos is the operating system for the world's most discerning clientele.

Concierge houses, family offices, and the operators who serve them carry an enormous amount of invisible weight: a client's allergy noted three years ago, a vendor relationship spanning four currencies, the exact protocol for a principal who must never be offered the wrong champagne. Today, that knowledge typically lives in a shared inbox, a spreadsheet, and the memory of one or two senior people. It works — until someone leaves, a client asks where their data sits, or the operation simply outgrows what memory and goodwill can hold.

Lumos was built for that exact problem. We unify client intelligence, vendor orchestration, request lifecycle, and multi-currency invoicing into a single, audit-grade workspace — so that institutional memory becomes permanent instead of personal, and every decision leaves a trail you can actually prove.

This isn't a CRM in the Salesforce sense. It's closer to an operations spine for a house that cannot afford to forget a detail:

→ Client dossiers with tiers, preferences, and codenames — surfaced the moment your team needs them
→ Vendor coordination across countries and currencies, with a signed audit trail behind every handoff
→ Live SLA monitoring and on-call handoffs, so nothing breaches silently
→ Field-level redaction and role-based access, built for environments where privacy is non-negotiable
→ In-region data residency, so sensitive information stays where it must

We work as a partner, not a login: a named onboarding team configures your standards and migrates your existing knowledge before you touch a setting.

Discretion isn't a feature we ship. It's the default we refuse to compromise — we'd sooner lose a deal than leak a name.

Lumos is built for concierge agencies, family offices, private members' clubs, hospitality groups, lifestyle management firms, private aviation desks, estate offices, and yacht & charter desks — anywhere a relationship is worth
