Lumos Transforms supports individuals, organizations, and communities in healing from trauma and building toward liberation. We work with embodied practice and relational care to address harm at multiple levels—from personal nervous system regulation to the repatterning of oppressive systems. Our approach recognizes that transformation doesn't happen in isolation: it moves through bodies, relationships, and structures. We tend to healing and change that reaches from the internal to the external, from the individual to the collective. We get free together—orienting toward liberated worlds rooted in justice and flourishing in joy.

Lumos' signature approach is The Resilience Toolkit— a somatic framework for first-stage trauma healing and real-time stress navigation.

The Resilience Toolkit helps people and communities stabilize, reconnect, and grow their capacity for healing and transformation. It is a practical framework for working with the nervous system and the whole bodymind in real time.

Whether you're navigating personal trauma, chronic instability, or the ongoing impact of systemic harm, these practices meet you where the stress lives: In your body, your relationships, and your work.

The Toolkit teaches you to:
· Notice your bodymind's stress, trauma, and relaxation cycles
· Understand when your responses help or harm
· Choose simple coherence practices that actually work for you
· Build capacity to heal, overcome adversity, and transform harmful relationships and systems of inequity and oppression into places where we thrive
