Cassy Collier is currently a Customer Success Manager at Lumos. Cassy has over eight years of experience in customer success and account management. Prior to Lumos, they were a Lead Customer Success Manager at Workiva for over eight years. In this role, they were responsible for working with enterprise accounts, providing them with guidance and support through early stage implementation, and helping them realize the full benefits of their investment. Cassy also worked closely with sales, product, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver exceptional customer service and to be the true voice of the customer while also focused on company growth and development. Additionally, they served as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers, the training of platform end users, as well as post go-live support.

Cassy is known for their ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions that create long-term success. Her experience in customer success, combined with their natural ability to build relationships, makes their an invaluable asset to any team.

Cassy Collier has a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University Global and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Colorado Denver.
