Mike Adel

Mike Adel has over 30 years of experience in the technology industry. Mike began their career in 1990 as a Project Physicist at CI-Systems. In 1994, they joined KLA Instruments as a System Design Engineer. From 1997 to 2000, they worked at Applied Spectral Imaging as an Engineering Manager, where they co-invented "Spectral bio-imaging of the eye." In 2000, they joined KLA-Tencor as a System Design Manager and was responsible for the development of the AIM overlay metrology target. From 2003 to 2012, they held various roles at KLA-Tencor, including Senior Director, Advanced Development, Senior Director Application Development, and Director of Strategic Technology. In 2009, they founded IP Landscaping and was also the CEO of Nubian Israel. From 2010 to 2017, they were the CTO of TIGI and held the roles of Vice President and Director of Intellectual Property at Lumus Ltd.

Mike Adel obtained a Bachelor of Science - BS in Physics from UNSW between 1979 and 1982. Mike then went on to receive a D.Sc. in Physics from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology between 1983 and 1989. In 2006 and 2007, they completed a Senior Managers Program in Business from Technion Institute of Management.
