Mark Snell is an accomplished investor and executive with extensive experience in finance and operations. Currently serving as an investor at Lumyx since February 2025 and at Strike Graph since August 2023, Mark's prior role as Chief Financial Officer at Corellium from October 2024 to June 2025 included leading the company's successful sale to Cellebrite. As an Executive in Residence at Resurgens Technology Partners from October 2023 to May 2024, Mark also held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Grayshift from February 2020 to May 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing HR, Finance, Legal, Operations, IT, and Customer Success as the first non-founder executive. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Georgia State University.
