LUNA is a UK-based living sector specialist, delivering expert-led operations across Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) and Build to Rent (BTR). Backed by Torsion Group and with a growing portfolio in Leeds, Coventry, Nottingham and Sheffield, we’re trusted by developers and investors to elevate resident experience and unlock long-term asset value.

What sets LUNA apart isn’t just what we do — it’s who we are. Our team is one of the most experienced in the sector, with decades of insight across operations, marketing, lettings, and mobilisation. We’re more than a business development powerhouse. We’re operators, brand builders, problem solvers and collaborators, and when you partner with LUNA, you get us. That means strategic input, boots-on-the-ground experience, and people who genuinely care about getting it right.

As part of the vertically integrated Torsion Group, we offer end-to-end expertise across development, delivery and management, helping partners realise the full potential of their residential assets. Whether it’s a single scheme or a national rollout, we bring clarity, creativity and commercial strength to every step.
