I spent 20 years in HEIs ending as deputy research director in primary care and mental health. Fundamentally, I love play! I love finding creative ways to get the most robust data.

My ultimate cause is to bring lightness: Reflecting the strengths people/organisations have, shining a light on them, and enabling them to make a difference through evidence-based decisions.

As a GROWTH & DEVELOPMENT consultant, I help education, sports, health and cultural organisations create community-based impact through advising and implementing an evaluation plan, articulating social impact data in reports to funders & stakeholders, and strategically writing funding bids to scale up.

As a SPEAKER/ TRAINER, I deliver sessions on leadership skills for marginalised groups, prevention of gender-based violence, enterprising skills for academics, career development, mental health and wellbeing at work.

As a CAREER CLARA-TY COACH (mira lo que hice!), I help PhDs & professionals to repackage their stellar skills and strengths and brand themselves with a story of empowerment. Looking to be a beacon of light when academia's future is dense with fog and doubt, I liberate you from the damaging societal messages of self-worth.
