Eliav Lavi

Eliav Lavi is a skilled Software Engineer at Lunar since September 2022, with extensive experience in software development and technical leadership. Prior to Lunar, Eliav served in various capacities at Riskified from December 2013 to October 2022, including Technical Lead, Back End Developer, Research Team Lead, and Research Analyst. In these roles, Eliav utilized a diverse technology stack, including Scala, Kafka, and Spark, to enhance and maintain Riskified's core products, which leverage machine learning to classify orders. Eliav also led a team focused on exploring automation and machine learning innovations. Eliav holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music Performance, Early Music, from The Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance, complemented by education at New York University.
