Mie Simonsen

Mie Simonsen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and sales. Currently serving as a Customer Due Diligence Specialist and previously as a Customer Excellence Agent at Lunar since July 2020, Mie has developed expertise in customer-focused roles. Prior experiences include marketing and communication at JME Entreprise, receptionist and sales support at Lintrup & Norgart A/S, and various sales positions at Magasin du Nord, Baresso Coffee A/S, havanna shoes, and Torvehallerne. Mie also gained valuable experience as a waiter at LETZ SUSHI and completed a student internship at Alfa Laval. Academic qualifications include a baccalaureate in International Business from Niels Brock and ongoing studies at Danmarks Medie- og Journalisthøjskole.
