When life gets complicated, you need someone straight talking in your corner.

Lund Bennett Law is a specialist family law firm based in Altrincham and Manchester. We help individuals through divorce, separation, children arrangements, financial settlements, pre-nups and more - with the kind of honest, no-nonsense advice that actually moves your life forward.

We’re a small, tight-knit team of six. Female founded and female led. Every single person here chose this work because it means something to them personally — not because it was the obvious career path.

Our clients don’t describe us in legal language. They say things like:

“Straight forward, no nonsense and simple.”
“Kirsten did not sugar coat things but pushed me to make choices I wouldn’t regret.”
“I could make my own decisions from a more informed, confident place.”

That’s what we’re here for.

Nationally recognised. Locally rooted. Straight talking always.
