Bob Morgan

Robert (Bob) Morgan is the Chief Executive Officer of NorthCountry Federal Credit Union. He was born and raised in New Hartford, New York, and later moved to Vermont where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in History and a Masters of Business Administration in 1998 from the University of Vermont. Bob has served on the Association of Vermont Credit Union’s (AVCU) Board of Directors for seven years, serving as the Chair of the AVCU’s Social Responsibility Committee, Annual Meeting Committee, and Audit and Government Relations Committee. He participated in Filene’s I3 innovation program from 2008-2010 and now serves on Filene’s CEO Research Council. When he is not managing his many duties and staff at NorthCountry, Bob serves as Chair on the Board of the Greater Burlington YMCA and is a volunteer coach for youth baseball and basketball. He lives in Essex Junction with his wife and three children.

Lund's services include the only residential treatment program in Vermont where women can receive treatment for substance abuse and mental health issues and keep their children with them, an education program for pregnant and parenting young women, early childhood education program, Vermont's oldest and largest private adoption agency, reach up case management, job skills training, parenting and family education, outpatient clinical and counseling services, Kids-A-Part a program that keeps mothers and their children connected during the mother's incarceration, transitional living services and other program that help Vermont's women and children to thrive.
