Dominique Ramirez

Dominique Ramirez is a seasoned professional in sustainability and corporate social responsibility with extensive experience in the mining sector. Currently serving as the Director of Sustainability at Lundin Mining Corporation since December 2023, Dominique previously held the role of Director of Sustainability at SSR Mining Inc. since January 2020, overseeing global CSR performance and the publication of annual ESG reports. Prior experience includes significant positions at Goldcorp, including Director of Corporate Social Responsibility and Manager of Corporate Affairs and CSR, where Dominique developed CSR strategies and managed social performance across multiple regions in Central and South America. Dominique’s career began as an ESG Analyst at NEI Investments, focusing on environmental and social performance evaluations for the mining and forestry sectors. Dominique holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Impact Assessment and a Bachelor's Degree in Ecology, Evolution, Systematics, and Population Biology, both from Concordia University.
