Peter Brady is the Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Lundin Mining Corporation, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, Brady served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Vale Base Metals from 2019 to 2023, after transitioning from a partner role at McCarthy Tetrault, where they co-led the National Environment, Regulatory and Aboriginal Practice Group. With a robust legal background, Brady has also held positions as Deputy General Counsel for Vale and as a partner within the Environmental and Litigation Groups at McCarthy Tetrault. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology (Honours) from the University of Guelph, a Master’s Degree in Criminology and Environmental Law from the University of Windsor, and an LLB from Queens University.
