Lungo Raggio, an academic spin-off of the University of Trieste, is a platform that connects the demand for talent from the process teams of large companies with the supply of talent from universities.  Its objectives are: to support corporate change processes, to foster organisational transformation and increase the competitiveness of private and public organisations, and to retain the human capital formed by our universities on the national territory. 
Lungo Raggio offers business process outsourcing and process team integration services on an ongoing and long-term ("long range") basis through the employment of permanent staff selected hired among the most talented graduates of Italian universities, who operate under the supervision and coordination of the founding partners and scientific advisors of the spin-off.
