Dan Farley has worked in a variety of customer success roles since 2010. Dan began their career as a Technical Support Analyst at Kerridge Commercial Systems in 2010. In 2011, they moved to Thunderhead as a Customer Success Analyst. In 2014, they joined Spredfast as a Senior Customer Strategist and Community Manager and EMEA Senior Customer Support and Success. In 2017, they became a Senior Customer Experience Manager at Marvel App. In 2018, they moved to Seenit as Vice President, Customer Success. In 2021, they joined Distributed as VP Customer Success and is currently VP Customer Success at Lunio since 2022.

Dan Farley has a diverse educational background. Dan attended The Chauncy School from 1999 to 2006. Dan then went on to pursue a Bsc Honours Computer Science at the University of Hertfordshire from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, they have obtained four certifications: Spredfast Conversations from Spredfast in May 2014, ONE Connect from Thunderhead.com in January 2014, Customer Experience Skills from LDL - Leadership Development Ltd in September 2013, and ONE Correspond for Salesforce from Thunderhead.com in September 2013.
