Laurent Dillard

Laurent Dillard is a Senior AI Research Engineer at Lunit, focusing on early cancer detection within the cancer screening division, with expertise primarily in Chest X-rays and experience with mammograms and digital breast tomosynthesis. Prior to Lunit, Laurent served as an AI Research Engineer at Elix, Inc., and a Machine Learning Engineer at Behold.ai, where leadership on Chest X-ray product development was a key responsibility. Laurent's earlier roles include a Deep Learning Research Internship at RIKEN, along with internships in software engineering, data analysis, and junior data science across various companies. Laurent holds a Master's degree in Vision and Learning from École Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay and has completed a summer exchange at The University of Tokyo, with a solid foundation in mathematics and physics from prior education.
