Mark Germain

Mark Germain is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical and biotech industries. Currently serving as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Scinai Immunotherapeutics Ltd. since June 2018, Germain has previously held the position of Vice Chairman from June 2018 to September 2019. In addition, Germain is the Managing Director of The Aentib Group since May 2014, providing tailored advisory and investment solutions. As an advisor and a member of the Board of Directors at Lunit since March 2021, Germain contributes to the company's strategic direction. A serial entrepreneur since 1992, Germain co-founded several prominent biotech firms, including Alexion and Incyte. Germain also holds the chairman position at HerronTech, which focuses on innovative software solutions, and served as Co-Chairman at ChromaDex and Pluristem Therapeutics in earlier years. Germain earned a JD in Law from New York University School of Law from 1968 to 1972.
