Lupa Legal LLC is a law firm that offers advanced knowledge in the following areas: regulation of telecommunications -and regulated markets, in general-, media law, internet governance and regulation of digital platforms, constitutional law and constitution-making processes, and the law governing professions.

Our services are primarily targeted to lawyers and law firms. We also provide services to public authorities, corporations, and national and international non-profit organizations, among other clients.

The partners of Lupa Legal are Lucas Sierra, Pablo Fuenzalida and Lucas MacClure. The three of us have academic and professional experience in the subjects mentioned above. Also, the three of us have PhDs so we know something about how to do research – and enjoy doing it.
