LUR Growth is a nonprofit strategic advisory firm founded by Latoya Robinson, M.S.

We work with executive directors, leadership teams, and boards navigating organizational complexity. Growth that outpaces infrastructure. Leadership transitions that expose single points of failure. Strategy that lives in people instead of systems. These are the gaps we help close.

Our work follows a clear path: Stabilize what is breaking. Strategize what is next. Sustain what works.

What we offer:
Strategic Advisory: Capacity building for organizations navigating growth, transition, or operational drift. We embed strategy into systems so it endures leadership changes, funding shifts, and the daily pressure to deliver programs.

AI Integration for Nonprofit Leaders: A CPD-certified training program for teams moving from AI curiosity to practical implementation. Built by a Claude AI-certified strategist who understands that technology only works when the infrastructure underneath it is sound.

Lead Through the Storm: Leadership development for executive directors managing crisis, transition, or complexity while protecting their own sustainability.

The Calm Infrastructure Lab: A professional community for nonprofit leaders building systems-first organizations. Peer learning, frameworks, and depth over noise.

The LUR framework guides everything we do. Lead with Purpose. Uplift with Wellness. Revitalize with Strategy.

Based in North Carolina and serving nonprofits nationwide.
