Derek Adam is an accomplished graphic designer with extensive experience in graphic production and design across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Artwork Lead at LUSH since December 2023, Derek previously held the position of Graphic Production Artist at Derek Adam Design for a brief period. Prior to that, a significant tenure as Senior Graphic Designer at Will Creative Inc. involved producing ad and brand assets for notable clients such as Teck and BC Ferries. Over nearly a decade at LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics, Derek excelled as the lead production designer for North American print assets, developing a custom digital asset management system and contributing to team mentoring. Additional roles include graphic design positions with Canucks Sports & Entertainment and various contract work for design agencies and magazines. Derek holds a Diploma of Education in Graphic Design from Capilano University.
