Ramsha Khan

Ramsha Khan serves as the Store Manager and Project Coordinator at LUSH since October 2021, leading initiatives such as the 'co-create' program for product development and advising on cultural topics. As the Global Majority Network Chair, Ramsha promotes equity, diversity, and inclusion within the organization. Previous roles at LUSH include Shop and Spa Trainee Manager and Supervisor, where substantial achievements in recruitment and community engagement were realized. Ramsha has also contributed to marketing campaigns such as Eid and Mother's Day, enhancing cultural representation in product launches. An experienced content creator, Ramsha held the position of Arts Editor at The Verse and completed internships and volunteer roles focused on writing and SEO. Ramsha's educational background includes a Master's in Creative Writing and a Master's in Children's Publishing from the University of Brighton and Bath Spa University, respectively.
