Simon Constantine has extensive experience in the fragrance and gardening industries. Currently serving as a Director and Head Perfumer at LUSH since 2001, Simon is responsible for creating iconic product perfumes and leading the ethical buying team towards regenerative sourcing initiatives. Simon co-founded ånd fragrance in May 2020, focusing on supporting Indigenous communities and healthy ecosystems through fine fragrances. Additionally, Simon has been involved with Careys Secret Garden since March 2019, where a collaboration with a team of gardeners and builders resulted in the restoration of the space for public use. As of June 2010, Simon has also worked as a Perfumer for Gorilla Perfume, producing innovative scents showcased through gallery exhibits. Simon currently serves as Acting Board Chair for LUSH, facilitating decision-making within the senior board.
