Suzy Hill

Suzy Hill has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in both operations and the creative arts. Since August 2012, Suzy has advanced through various roles at LUSH, currently serving as the Employee Benefit Trust Operations Lead, and previously holding positions such as Employee Benefit Trust Coordinator, Earthcare Zero Waste Strategy and Communications, Customer Service Representative, and Trainee Store Manager. In addition, Suzy is the owner of Suzy Hill Music, a venture started in March 2019. Prior roles include serving as Office Manager at Elderstreet Investments from January 2011 to March 2012 and as a Character Performer and Dancer at The Walt Disney Company for a brief period in late 2010. Suzy holds a Master's degree in Green Economy from Bournemouth University (2020-2022) and a Bachelor's degree in Theatre from The University of Manchester (2007-2010).
