Lior Halifa

Lior Halifa is currently serving as Chief Delivery Officer at Lusha since December 2023, following a distinguished tenure at the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel from 2002 to December 2023, where Lior held multiple senior-level positions including Head of Technology, Chief Information Officer, and Chief Technology Officer, as well as Division Head roles in Cyber and SIGINT and IT R&D. Prior experience includes a significant role at the Israel Defense Forces from 1994 to 2001 as a Software Engineer and Department Head for MF System and DevOps. Lior's educational background features a Master's degree in Urban Education and Leadership from Tel Aviv University, a Master's degree in Philosophy from Tel Aviv University, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The Open University of Israel. Certifications include Software Engineering and Mainframe System Administrator from Mamram.
