Or Biderman is an entrepreneur and sales mentor who co-founded Novacy and served as its CEO from 2022 to 2025, a company acquired by Lusha. They currently serve as Novacy's CEO and act as a Sales Mentor at Fusion VC, a Mentor and Judge at Genesis Accelerator, and a member of the Sales Enablement Collective. In 2023 they temporarily stepped away from their CEO role to serve as a Tank Commander in the Israel Defense Forces. They earned a BA in Business Administration and Marketing from Peres Academic Center in 2017.
