Adi Goldansky

Adi Goldansky has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. From 2010 to 2014, Adi worked as a Technology Recruiter at Matrix, where they were responsible for recruiting employees for in-house and outsourced positions in the hi-tech field. They conducted interviews and provided guidance and direction throughout the job search process.

In 2015, Adi joined Prodware Israel as an HR Business Partner. They led the recruitment life cycle for the Tech and Business Departments, including defining job descriptions, conducting interviews, and making salary offers. They also supported managers in developing work processes and work plans, as well as advising on employee-related matters. Adi also led cross-organization processes such as building career paths, employee retention, and managing layoffs and wage matters.

In 2018, Adi started working at Lusix as an HR Manager. They work closely with the CEO and management teams, manage HR budgets and employee compensation, and enforce HR procedures and policies.

Adi Goldansky attended Sapir College from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services. Adi then pursued their higher education at the College of Management Academic from 2011 to 2013, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management.
