Luštica Development, a subsidiary of Swiss-based Orascom Development Holding (ODH), was founded in 2008 as a joint venture between ODH (90%) and the government of Montenegro (10%). ODH is a leading developer of integrated destinations, with over 30 years of experience in developing resort towns and creating self-sufficient and international communities. Luštica Development is also committed to environmental stewardship and preserving the cultural heritage and architectural authenticity of Montenegro. The project has transformed Luštica from a peninsula of wild natural beauty into an outstanding urban habitat and inspiring destination.  

LUŠTICA BAY TODAY: Since its inception in 2008, Luštica Bay has been rising from the roots up and is now connecting communities who choose to live life as it should be.
