Benjamin Barcaskey

Benjamin Barcaskey is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical design and project management. Currently serving as an Engineering Project Leader at Lutron Electronics since October 2024, Benjamin oversees cross-functional teams to develop innovative lighting control products. Benjamin's career at Lutron began in a manufacturing role, progressing from Project Mechanical Engineer to Senior Project Mechanical Engineer, and then to Senior Design & Development Mechanical Engineer, showcasing expertise in new product development and manufacturing processes. Previously, Benjamin held positions as Detailing Supervisor at Blaise Alexander Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Product Engineering Intern at Universal Electric Corporation. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and is pursuing an MBA at Boston University.
