Cecilia E. Ramos

Cecilia E. Ramos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in architectural marketing and design, currently serving as Sr. Director of the Architectural Market at Lutron Electronics since July 2016. In this role, Cecilia leads A&D Marketing & Communications, focusing on customer journey design and product launches, while also mentoring a global sales team to enhance service to key accounts. Prior to this position, Cecilia held the title of Director for New York Specifications, successfully building a team that drove substantial sales growth across commercial and residential channels. Cecilia's previous experience includes serving as Director of Luxury Retail Design & Implementation at L'Observatoire International, overseeing lighting design for prestigious brands like LVMH, and founding Cecilia E. Ramos Design, where notable projects included collaborations with the Guggenheim and Princeton University Museum of Art. Cecilia holds a Master of Architecture from Princeton University and a Bachelor of Science in Art & Design from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
