Christopher T.

Christopher T. has a diverse background with significant leadership and engineering experience. As a Team Lead at Açai Express, Christopher directed a team of five employees to ensure operational excellence during peak periods at a top acai food location in Puerto Rico. In the role of Secretary at the IISE PUPR Student Chapter, Christopher has acted as a liaison between the student body and chapter leadership, organizing meetings and enhancing member engagement. An internship at Bristol Myers Squibb involved redesigning onboarding processes, while an Assistant Manager position at Pilao Bakery Café included supervising a large team and implementing cost-effective scheduling changes. Currently, as an Industrial Engineer Coop at Lutron Electronics, Christopher contributes to production line optimization and workflow redesign. Additionally, tutoring mathematics and engineering students at Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico has led to improved academic performance. Christopher is pursuing a degree at Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico, expected to graduate in 2027.
