Doug Fox possesses extensive experience in project management and continuous improvement within the construction and commercial services sectors. At Lutron Electronics since October 2012, Doug has held various leadership roles, overseeing processor-based lighting and window shade control projects across eastern Canada and the central/mid-west US. Prior to Lutron, Doug worked at Clark Construction from August 2005 to July 2012, where significant achievements included leading efforts to achieve LEED Gold status on substantial government and commercial projects. Doug began their career at Matunuck Surf Shop, where co-ownership involved business management and surf instruction. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College, earned in 2005.
