Eric Braverman

Eric Braverman serves as the Vice President of Talent Development at Lutron Electronics since May 2015, focusing on learning and development strategy, corporate university architecture, and high potential talent development. Prior to this role, Eric held the position of Executive Director of Talent Management at Merck from January 2004 to April 2015, where responsibilities included talent management, succession planning, and leadership development. Previous positions include Manager of Selection and Assessment at Williams-Sonoma, Industrial/Organizational Psychologist at AT&T, Assistant Professor and Program Director at Louisiana State University, and Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. Eric holds a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
