Janet Ulman is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in managing global tax compliance and employee benefits. Currently serving as Senior Director and Tax Counsel at Lutron Electronics Co., Inc. since February 2011, Janet leads a dynamic team of tax and payroll experts, ensuring adherence to regulations across various jurisdictions. Prior to this role, Janet was Senior Tax Counsel at Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. and served as an Enforcement Attorney at the US Securities and Exchange Commission in the Northeast Regional Office. Janet earned a JD, Cum Laude, from Cardozo School of Law and holds a BBA/MBA, Magna Cum Laude, in Public Accounting from Pace University, as well as a high school diploma from Bronx High School of Science.
