Lilly Hess

Lilly Hess is a seasoned professional at Lutron Electronics, currently serving as the Sales Leadership Development Program Leader, responsible for nurturing recent college graduates into future sales leaders through extensive training. Previously, Lilly held various roles at Lutron, including Sales Leader and Sales Supervisor, where efforts focused on expanding the residential sales channel in the Pacific Northwest and other states, forging strong relationships with luxury specifiers and industry partners. With a foundation in engineering and a Bachelor’s degree from Lehigh University, Lilly's career began with internships at Lutron and Victaulic, complemented by managerial experience in athletics and roles in customer service and translation.
