Lynn Utter

Lynn Utter serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Directors for multiple prominent organizations including Lincoln Financial Group, Vista Outdoor Inc., Lutron Electronics, and Sila Services. Lynn holds significant leadership roles such as Chairman of the Audit Committee for Vista Outdoor and member of the Talent and Compensation Committee for Lutron. Additionally, Lynn is an Operating Partner at Atlas Holdings LLC and co-founded the Texas McCombs School of Business. Previously, Lynn was an Independent Director for NextEra Energy, Inc. and WESCO International. Lynn holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
