Mailing W. is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in product development and advanced engineering, primarily at Lutron Electronics since July 2015. As an Engineering Manager, Mailing W. leads new product initiatives within shades engineering, having previously established a remote shades engineering group in Austin, TX. Notable achievements include launching the Palladiom Wire-Free internationally and overseeing the development of Ketra’s Lightbar Slim Uniform Lens.
