Matthew Key, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing quality leadership and customer service engineering. Currently serving as Manufacturing Quality Leader at Lutron Electronics since June 2021, Matthew previously worked as a Senior Customer Service Engineer at LUTRON SERVICES CO., INC. from September 2013 to June 2021, where business plans and recommendations were developed for senior management and customer experience issues were addressed. Prior to this, Matthew served in the US Navy from January 2003 to October 2013 as a Senior Nuclear Operator and Instructor, overseeing cross-functional teams and mentoring junior personnel in nuclear power plant operations. Matthew holds a Master of Materials Science and Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Excelsior University.
