Michael Reitz

Michael Reitz, MBA, has extensive experience in auditing and finance, currently serving as a Principal Auditor at Lutron Electronics since June 2011. In this role, Michael manages the Finance work-stream for a significant ERP implementation project, utilizing a strong background in accounting and audit to enhance processes and strengthen the Accounting and Finance functions. Previously, Michael held various managerial positions, including supporting the Director of Internal Audit in developing a risk-based audit plan and supervising teams in internal audit and financial consolidations. Michael's earlier experience includes roles as Lead Project Accountant and Technology Consultant, demonstrating a well-rounded expertise in accounting practices. Michael earned an MBA in Accounting and Finance from DeSales University and a BA in Accounting and Business Administration from Muhlenberg College.
