Previously, Ray held the role of Regional Sales Manager and VIVE Sales Manager for the China Mainland, focusing on business management and channel development. Prior to Lutron, Ray garnered valuable experience at Extron as a Regional Sales Manager and contributed to technical services at Tokyo Electron US and Samsung Electronics in technical support roles.
