Rob Baragona is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in electrical engineering and project leadership across multiple companies. Since March 2020, Rob has served as an Engineering Project Leader at Lutron Electronics, where responsibilities include leading multi-disciplinary teams and creating innovative product development processes. Previously, Rob held various roles at TE Connectivity, contributing significantly to the establishment of corporate Centers of Excellence in Embedded Software Technology and Electronics, and leading initiatives in product design and development. Additional expertise encompasses leading electrical hardware design for Cloud Audiology, as well as experience with subsequent organizations such as Southco, Inc., and AMETEK Aerospace & Defense. Rob holds an MBA from Villanova University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University.
