Timothy Babb has extensive experience in both the electronics and military sectors. Since joining Lutron Electronics in October 1999, Timothy has held various leadership roles, including Rep Service Area Leader, Quality, Training and Service Leader for Vive Systems, and North Central US/Central Canada Territory Leader, managing teams and ensuring high service standards and quality system startups for Lutron's commercial platforms. Prior to this, Timothy served in the US Navy from November 1986 to November 1999, where leadership roles included Division LPO managing avionics work centers and various supervisory positions in avionics at NAS Whidbey Island, along with test station supervisory roles aboard notable aircraft carriers. Timothy completed education at Missouri State University and William Jewell College.
