Tom Clardy

Tom Clardy is an experienced HR professional and executive coach with a rich background in human resources and management. Currently serving as the part-time HR Director at Lutron Electronics since January 2009, Tom has focused on executive coaching, development assessments, and HR compliance, among other responsibilities. As the President of Clardy Management Consultants since October 2007, Tom provides expert consulting services. Previous roles include Adjunct Faculty at White Mountain Community College, where business was taught, and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at QVC, managing global HR responsibilities. Tom also held leadership positions at Wheaton Glass and Plastic as VP of Human Resources and Administration, and at The Franklin Mint as Vice President of Human Resources. Tom possesses an MBA in Management from Widener University, earned between 1980 and 1986.
