Malissa Katilus has worked in various roles since 2016. Malissa began their career at Expeditors as a Legal Administrative Assistant and Legal File Clerk from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they took on a role as a Program Assistant at ReachNow, as well as a Customer Service Specialist at Baird. In 2019, they became a Customer Service Manager at BOND Mobility and in 2020 they joined Luum by HealthEquity as a Customer Support Specialist, Program Coordinator, and Customer Success Coordinator.
