Where we work: Based in London but we work all over the world.

The services we offer: Our business legal services offering includes:

> a range of corporate and commercial, finance and regulatory legal services needed to develop low carbon, renewable energy and energy efficiency projects

> international legal counsel on clean energy projects in emerging markets, using English law for the core documentation

> ‘special counsel’ support for blue chip clients who want specialist advice on climate change, clean energy and energy efficiency regulation and compliance and clean energy procurement

> alternative routes-to-market: Licence Lite, peer-to-peer energy trading, wheeling and sleeving, private wire off-take as well as conventional heat and power-offtake agreements
